Is Athens a safe and clean city?
Yes, very much so! Sometimes TV blows news about protests out of proportion!
Do you accept foreign currency?
Yes, with the current exchange rate. For more information on the daily exchange rates, please visit the Alpha Bank Greece website.
Do you accept payments with Credit / Debit Cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit & debit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, V-Pay & Union Pay.
Are taxes & tolls included in your prices?
Yes, all taxes & road tolls are included in our prices!
Are tipping included in your prices?
No. Tipping is much appreciated, but never required!
Prices are per person?
No. All our prices are per group of attendees.
Are credit cards accepted at all hotels, restaurants & taverns in Greece?
Yes! All major credit cards are accepted in almost all hotels, shops, restaurants & taverns. Stickers in the front windows will advise you as to which cards are accepted.
Entry fees to the archaeological sites are included in your prices?
No. The archaeological sites fees are from 4 to 5 Euro per person!
Do I have to pay for drivers meals?
Absolutely not. Driver(s) expenses are covered by our travel agency.
What vehicles do you use for private tours?
We trust Mercedes Benz vehicles only! Vito, Viano, Sprinter & E-class W212 are the models we use.
Am I going to tour with persons we don’t know?
No. Our private tours are strictly private for your family & friends.
Are your tours friendly for kids?
Yes, as long as the kids are supervised by their parents.
Are your tours disability friendly?
Yes. Our vehicles are easy to get in/out from & they offer big luggage spaces for simple & motorized wheelchairs.
Are you going to pick me up & return me to the port/hotel at the end of the tour?
Yes, we will pick you up & then return you to the port/hotel at the end of your private tour.
Can I smoke or drink in the vehicle?
This is strictly forbidden! Furthermore, when children below 12 years old are in the vehicle, a fine of 3.000 Euros is imposed by police. The above fine will be imposed even it is not the driver who smokes but a passenger.
Can our driver escort us in the archaeological sites?
No. Private Tour drivers are not allowed by law to escort you inside the archaeological sites. Only licensed tour guides can escort you inside the archaeological sites.
Can I stay in the vehicle if I cannot walk long distances?
Of course you can, with the company of your private tour driver.
Drinking age in Greece?
There is no legal drinking age if you are drinking in private. However, if you want to purchase alcohol & drink in public, you must be 18 years of age.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes, of course we do, but not just that! Our office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!
